Cake Gallery

Welcome to this page where I post many of the favourite cakes that I have made for my family, friends, and fans when I operated a very small home-based bakery for 5 years in Shanghai. 

 

It makes me very happy to share these pictures because they remind me of the wonderful stories of love and celebration, my self-learning journey where I keep challenging myself to do better every time, as well as the many words of appreciation and encouragement from people who enjoyed my cakes.

 

I am honoured and thankful to the people who allowed me to be part of their important celebrations.  I do not run a bakery anymore, but I still have strong passion for making beautiful celebration cakes......maybe I will do it again? I don't know yet.
